These core principles are reflected in our Supplier Code of Conduct and Ethics, which sets out the minimum standards expected from any business or entity that supplies products or services to Sygnature Discovery.

Social Responsibility
- Zero tolerance of modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labour.
- Compliance with all internationally recognised human rights.
- Equal opportunities and zero tolerance to any discrimination in hiring, compensation, training, advancement or promotion, termination, retirement or any employment practices.
- Freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- Safe, healthy and sanitary working environments.
- Minimum wages and benefits established by the applicable law are paid.
Environmental Impact
- Minimisation of the environmental impact and reduction of the carbon footprint of the business is promoted.
- Compliance with all applicable environmental laws, including laws and international treaties relating to climate change, waste disposal, emissions, discharges and hazardous and toxic material handling.
- Appropriate assessment of opportunities to reduce energy consumption, encourage recycling and to set reduction targets.
Good Governance
- Appropriate measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information, including commercial data and privacy of employees.
- Bribery and corruption are not tolerated and appropriate procedures for gifts and hospitality are adopted.
